What’s included in outsourced payroll?

Standard Inclusions:

  • The software fee is included in our fee. We partner with TANDA which is one of the leading software providers for rostering and payroll.

  • Use our online portal for safe and secure communication with us for payroll changes, accessing reports, and general administration.

  • You can easily create your rosters and employees can clock on and off with TANDA’s software apps.

  • We process your payroll fortnightly based on your roster, approved timesheets, and rules for salaried employees. We send you the payment files and reports through our secure online portal.

  • We’ll handle all the super calculations and manage the payment to the super funds.

  • The software includes electronic processes for leave requests and approvals, leave accrual calculations, and accurate leave payments on termination.

  • When employees leave, we’ll calculate their termination and process it with the regular payroll. Special pay runs can be requested for termination via the secure portal.

  • We manage the single touch payroll reporting and you can have us enter the journal into your accounting system for integrated BAS/IAS reporting as we complete each pay run.

  • Allocate your people to locations and teams for improved rostering, reporting, and costings.

  • Keep track of employee qualifications and use rostering rules to manage shift compliance where required

Optional (additional fees may apply):

  • You tell us the rostering rules and we can create your fortnightly rosters for you, and send them to you for approval.

  • Staff can clock in or out via the TANDA app, or you can install a dedicated time-clock tablet.

  • You can have us enter your payroll directly into most online accounting packages (including Xero, MYOB online, Quickbooks). In many cases this is preferable to software integration as it enables us to enter the journal to your precise reporting requirements.

  • We work with salary packaging providers to ensure employees have a smooth, accurate, and reliable process for their salary package arrangements.

  • Our standard pay run frequency is fortnightly. We can adapt our process to suit your pay cycle.
